databases caused by TEAC products.Furthermore TEAC is not liable for damages
arising out of loss of use, loss of revenue or profits, or any other damages, wether

2. All implied warranties or conditions, including but not limited to warranties or con-
ditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, hereby are exclud-
