After connecting the player to the PC use the

right mouse button to click on

My Computer>Properties>De-

vice Manager

. Please check if the entry of the player is shown

with an exclamation mark or a question mark.
Double click on the symbol of the MP-350 (Player Recovery
Device Class).
Now click on

Driver>Update Driver

. Click on

Next

in any of the

following windows and on

Finish

to finish driver installation.

Now the driver is installed.
