Automatic cable clamp operation
1. To load the cable:
a. Position the cable.
b. Lift the handle. Springs close the jaws (Figure 30).
NOTE
The jaws only help locate the cable. They do not lock the cable in place before or during crimping. They allow the cable to
slide in the jaws due to terminal extrusion during crimping.
