J1 is used for board power source selection. Only one jumper is allowed to be closed

Pin 1/2: Closed – board power from external battery (CN7)

Pin 3/4: Closed – board power from EDBG USB connector (J500)

Pin 5/6: Closed – board power from FTDI USB connector (CN6)

Pin 7/8: Closed – board power from SAM G55 USB connector (J301)
