Another mobile device may be connected 

to the soundbar. Disconnected the 

other connected bluetooth device. Once 

the device is disconnected, you device 

should pair automatically-provided it was 

previously paired.

Volume of 

Bluetooth 

playback is low

1.  After connections with mobile devices, 

the volume of Bluetooth device is not 

up-but at the default output level. Turn 

up the mobile device volume.

2.  Output volume of Bluetooth device is 

low itself.
