Attention:
When assembling main PCBA, make sure the sub camera, camera rubber, vibrator are well
installed firstly.
Please notice the distinction between the anode and the cathode when assembling vibrator and
speaker.
When assembling the FPC with LED on it, make sure the fixed position is right install.
When assembling furnished frame, make sure the main camera, TP FPC, LCD FPC, vibrator and
speaker are well installed firstly.
When assembling screws, don’t twist them too hard.
Before assembling battery cover
, please check whether there’s any deformation or damage for the
buckles; if yes, replace it with a new battery cover.
5.5 Disassembly process evaluation
We list the Pixi4-4 3G parts disassembly time, technique levels and disassembly methods as below, for
technique levels, Class 1 signifies easy to disassembly, Class 2 signifies normal to disassembly and Class
3 signifies hard to disassembly.
