Connecting the MP3 player to a computer
1.
Boot the computer if it has not already
been switched on. If it is already switched
on, save your work and close all open files
and programmes.
2. Insert the small USB cable plug into the
USB socket on the player.
3. Connect the large plug to a USB port on
the computer.
The computer automatically identifies the
player as removable media.
CAUTION
– material damage
• In unfortunate circumstances, the
installation of new hardware on your
computer may crash the system or
cause loss of data. Close all open
programmes and files beforehand.
• The player appears as its own drive
and has to be logged off (ejected)
before it is unplugged. Otherwise the
player may be damaged.
