A: This phenomenon is caused by color scrolling, which is mainly 

due to alternating electromagnetic field of fluorescent lamp, and 
the inherent phenomenon of camera. It can be weakened with 
two methods: one is to reduce the usage of fluorescent lamp. The 
other is to enlarge the distance with the camera.
