Model C723
Pressing the SEL key scrolls the cursor to the right
one place for each key press. Pressing the UP or
DOWN arrow key increases or decreases,
respectively, with rollover, the selected digits. Once
the correct BOM has been entered, pressing the
SEL key displays the Serial Number screen.

Repeat the operation as described previously. Once
the correct freezer serial number has been entered,
pressing the SEL key displays the Store ID screen.

Repeat the operation as described previously. Once
the correct Store ID has been entered, pressing the
SEL key returns to the Service Menu screen.
Select Language
This option allows the technician to select one of ten
languages available. The following screen will be
displayed upon selecting this option.

Pressing the UP or DOWN arrow keys moves the
arrow to the selection. Pressing the SEL key with
the arrow next to one of the choices selects that
choice and returns to the Service Menu screen. If no
language is selected, the factory default is English.
Note:
A graphics display is required for the Russian
language. If the Russian language is selected on a
unit that does not have a graphics display, an error
screen will display. (See Figure 53.)

Manual Control
This option allows the technician to test the
operation of each individual component in the
machine. The unit must be in the OFF/POWER
SWITCH ON condition. (See Figures 54 and 55.)
