Step 2: Assembly of Barbell Supports
1. Insert the barbell supports (3) into the right and left upright support (1 & 2) and secure with one
fast pin (14) each.
2. Attach the right and left safety hook (8 & 9) to the barbell supports (3) with one lock nut (18)
each.
3. Attach a total of four plate bars (6) to the right and left upright support (1 & 2) with a total of four
bolts (15) and four washers (17).
