2.3 Assembly
Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly
in the order given.

NOTICE
First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
Step 1: Assembly of the Barbell Rack
1. Mount one connect frame (2) along with a reinforcement plate (3) onto the lower part of the
support frame (1) with two bolts (11), four flat washers (14) and two nuts (17).
2. Mount the second connect frame (2) along with a reinforcement plate (3) onto the upper part of
the support frame (1) with two bolts (11), four flat washers (14) and two nuts (17).
3. Mount the now attached lower connect frame (2) along with a reinforcement plate (3) onto the
lower part of the second support frame (1) with two bolts (11), four flat washers (14) and two
nuts (17).
4. Mount the now attached upper connect frame (2) along with a reinforcement plate (3) onto the
upper part of the second support frame (1) with two bolts (11), four flat washers (14) and two
nuts (17).
5. Tighten all screw joints.
