Step 2: Assembly of the Weight Stack
1. Slide two rubber donuts (19) over the guide rods (3).
2. Carefully slide each of the heavy weight plates (16) over the guide rods (3).
3. Attach the selector shaft (11) and the pulley block (12) to the top weight plate (16) with one bolt
assembly (35).
4. Tighten the bolt assembly (35).
5. Carefully slide the top weight plate (16) over the guide rods (3).
6. Insert the pin (14) into one of the weight plates (16).
7. Attach one pulley (20) to the pulley block (12) with one bolt
assembly (31).
8. Slightly screw in the plastic bolt head (24) into the nylon
lock bushing (22) and slide the nylon lock bushing (22) over
one of the guide rods (3).
