As the muscle percentage varies from
person to person, there are no valid
guidelines.

- Gently press the surface of the
scale with your foot to start it.

- Use the Set button and then the up/
down arrows to access the memory
code where your personal details are
saved, wait a few seconds until the
memory stops flashing.
- The screen will show “0.0 kg”,
indicating that the scale is ready to
use.
- Stand on the platform touching the metal parts, avoiding abrupt
movements, keeping still and without
touching other objects, until the
appliance shows your weight. Do
not move and in a few seconds the
body fat percentage will appear (Fig.
5), followed by the water (Fig.54),
muscle (Fig. 5) and bone (Fig. 5) and
finally the recommended calories will
