2.3 Assembly
Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly
in the order given.

NOTICE
First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
Step 1: Assembly of the Dumbbell Stand
1. Attach four end caps (7) to the upright supports (1).
2. Attach the upright supports (1) to the barbell supports (2) with two joint plates (3), four bolts (4),
eight washers (5) and four nuts (6) on each side.
