Translation of the original EU Declaration of Conformity
We hereby declare that the product described below conforms to the relevant
safety- and health-related requirements of the appropriate EU Directive both in
this basic design and construction and in the version marketed by us.
This declaration shall cease to be valid if modifications are made to the product
without our approval.
Applicable EU Directives:
DIRECTIVE 98/37/EG OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE
COUNCIL dated 22nd June 1998 for the harmonisation of the legal and
administrative regulations of the member states with regard to machines.
DIRECTIVE OF THE COUNCIL dated 19th February 1973 for the
harmonisation of the legal regulations of the member states with regard to
electrical equipment for use within certain voltage limits (73/23/EWG)
DIRECTIVE OF THE COUNCIL dated 3rd May 1989 for the harmonisation of
the legal regulations of the member states with regard to electromagnetic
compatibility (89/336/EWG)
