This series of 1 /4" Pho ne jacks provide o ut put
from the AUX & E F F busses fo und o n the 3 00.
Each jack provides an independent line level

EFFECTS RETURN SYSTEM
The

in
both
feat ures and funct io n .
!.) EFFECT RTN
These
two 1 /4" Pho ne jacks provide the abilit y
to
br ing external line level signals into the
STEREO BUSSES. The signals may be fro m
effects
devices, such as echoes o r reverbs, o r
may
be independent signals generated elsewhere.

$ INSERTion Jack, Stereo and MONO Masters
As wit h the other I NSE RTion jacks found in the
channels and pro g ram masters, t hese jacks
provide the ability to alter t he signal wit h
external devices, such as equalizers, limiters,
etc. The access po ints are POST FADE R.

RCA PHONO
The XLR connectors provide an o ut put level o f

and t he MONO BUSS. Each co nnecto r
is paired with a two posit io n slide switch which
allows the select io n of either a balanced o r
unbalanced configurat io n o f t he signal. The
RCA phono jacks provide the same signals but
at a lower level, -10 dB. The signal at t he MONO
OUT
XLR co nnecto r is also available at the
OUTPUT MONO 1 /4" Pho ne jack.
MONITOR SECTION
The MONITOR system in t he 300 Series is very
co mprehensive, allowing t he o perato r to select
and hear virt ually any signal o r co mbinatio n of
signals fo und i n the co nso le.

where the select ion is a left -right pair, such as
t he STE R EO busses, t he separat io n is maintained
