What should I do when I type on the keyboard and
noth ing happens?
• Check that your mobile computer is charged.
• Make sure that your mobile computer is firmly
connected to the ThumbPad keyboard.
• Confirm that the ThumbPad keyboard is enabled.
• Verify that the keyboard software driver is installed
according to the instructions.
• Remove the keyboard software driver and then
reinstall it. To do this:
1 Tap the
Applications
icon to access the Applications
screen.
2 Tap the
Menu
icon, then tap
App
to display the menu
list.
3 Tap
Delete
.
ThumbPad keyboard appears in the Programs in
Storage Memory list.
4 Tap
ThumbPad
and then the
Delete...
on-screen
button.
The Delete Application window appears.
5 Tap
Yes
to remove the keyboard software driver, or
No
to cancel the operation.
6 Tap
Done
to exit the Delete screen.
