accident, or abnormal condition of operation or handling, including overvoltage failures caused by use outside the product’s specified rating, or normal wear and tear of mechanical components, Tara Manufacturing

will provide an estimate of repair costs and obtain authorization before commencing the work. Following repair, the product will be returned to the Buyer transportation prepaid and the Buyer will be billed for the

repair and return transportation charges (FOB Shipping Point).

TROUBLESHOOTING

Laser stops in the middle of a measurement:

Sometimes the laser will pause for a second to calibrate. Allow it

5 - 10 seconds to complete the calibration process.

Laser stops and won’t continue for longer than 10 seconds:

A strong glare from the pool walls, can

interfere with the laser and cause it to freeze. Try shading the wall of the pool where the laser is measuring. If this doesn’t work

wait to measure the pool when conditions are not as bright.

Laser device can not connect to App:

The laser connects via Bluetooth signal to an iPad or iPhone. If the distance

between the laser and the iPad or iPhone is too great it will loose signal. Try moving the iPad or iPhone closer to the laser.

Sharp spikes on the diagram display:

The surface is too bright or reflective and is interfering with the laser.

For all other issues call Technical Support, 256-725-2500. Never attempt to open the case

of the laser!
