PUNCHING & BINDING
2. Disengage pins that would punch
off the edge of the document by
pulling them outwards.
3-4. Select “punch” on the toggle
switch and press foot pedal to punch
holes on your document.
5-6. Select “bind” on toggle switch
and manually insert the coil into the
first 4 or 5 holes.
7. Gently press the coil against the
inserting roller while simultaneously
pressing the foot pedal.
8. Crimp the ends using the hand-
held coil crimper pliers to keep the
document from unbinding. Hold
pliers as shown (red dot should be
facing you.)
1. Place your document on the punch
throat and adjust side margin according
to the size of the document &/or ruler
guide.
NOTE:
Periodically check and empty the waste drawer to help ensure uninterrupted use
and to avoid damage to the machine.
