Adjustment and
Modification of
Sheetfeeder Area
By assembling the Sheetfeeder unit take care about the position of the axle “A” to the
swing plate “B”. They must be perpendicular mounted.
To avoid problems during paper feed from sheetfeeder bins using paper with
extreme smooth back side you may:
– increase the feed force by increasing spring tension manually (approx. 430 p)
– increase current of the stepper motor, approx. 300 mA to 600 mA
Important:
You have to do both changes. Realizing only one point may cause paper feed failure.
