Machine use
The manufacturer ensures that the machine is fully operational and has been checked before being
allowed to use. Nevertheless, the user is obligated to inspect the machine upon delivery and before
its first use. Before starting any works related to aggregating the bucket-sweeper with a tractor,
check the technical condition of the machine. To do this, you need to:
a)
read and understand all information related to safety, construction, operation, use,
transportation, maintenance, etc. contained in the manual,
b)
check the completeness of the machine, whether the required protections, screws, etc. are
not missing,
c)
check the condition of bolted connections, whether all bolts are tightened - Table 5. Values
of tightening torques for bolts and nuts.
d)
check the condition of the paint coating,
e)
check the general condition of the machine under the sign of any damage caused during
transport, loading or other circumstances (breaks, dents, cracks, punctures, etc.),
f)
check all the lubrication points for signs of lubrication (lubricate if necessary according to the
recommendations in the chapter "Machine lubrication"),
g)
check tightness of the hydraulic system,
After performing all the activities and confirming that the actual condition of the machine does not
raise any objections, proceed to aggregating the bucket-sweeper with the tractor.
Before each use of the machine, check its technical condition, and in particular, the
condition of connections of individual units, the condition of the hydraulic system.
