ADJUST

the movement speed to the current road conditions. Do not drive too fast!

NOTE

– while turning, the machine may lean backwards or to the sides.

3.3.

Working elements of the machine

Before using the shredder, check if the blades are properly attached.

Blades that are worn out or damaged should be immediately replaced with new and original spare parts.

3.4.  Machine attached to the

three-point hitch

Before attaching the machine to or removing it from the three-point hitch of the tractor, set the hydraulic lift
lever of the tractor in the position in which the involuntary lifting or lowering the device is impossible.

Suspension categories of the tractor and the machine must be in line. While the shredder is in the

transporting  position,  check  the  stability  of  the  tractor  on  the  sides  of  the  machine  connector.
While transporting the device in the lifted position, the hydraulic lift lever must be always secured
against uncontrolled position change.

3.5.

Machine disconnected from the tractor

Set the machine on a stable surface.

3.6.

Using the jointed telescopic shaft

Use shafts recommended in this manual only.

All  the  protective  covers  of  the  jointed  telescopic  shaft  must  be  in  a  proper  condition.  If  they  are
damaged, there is the need to replace them immediately.

Always attach and remove the shaft when the PTO and engine are off and the key is turned off!

Both  halves  of  the  jointed  telescopic  shaft  should  commeasure  with  one  another  in  both  transporting
and working positions!

Shaft cover should be protected by means of a chain to prevent its rotating together with the shaft!

Before  turning  the  PTO  on,  check  if  the  direction  of  rotation  and  the  rotational  speed  of  the  PTO  are
equal to the ones of the jointed telescopic shaft.

Ensure that there are no unauthorized individuals in a close proximity to the machine before turning the
shaft on.

Turn the shaft off if it is not to be used for a longer period of time.

After turning the said component off, wait for the inertial rotations to stop and only after that allow other
individuals to approach the shredder.

When  the  jointed  telescopic  shaft  is  turned  off,  attach  protective  covers  to  it  and  locate  it  in  the
designated storage area.

In the case of the occurrence of any damages, they must be fixed before the next use of the shaft.

3.7.

Handling

All the regulation, maintenance, or fixing-oriented works must be attempted if the engine is off and the keys
are removed from the ignition!
Take into account all the possible dangers that may  occur while switching the position of the machine from
working to transporting one.

While  attempting  to  inspect  or  repair  the  device,  always  wear  protective  clothing  and  gloves

– especially if

the blades are to be replaced!

It is forbidden to use the shredder on the corners of the streets, roads, public areas (parks, schools, etc.) or
on  rocky  surfaces;  avoid  the  danger  that  may  be  caused  by  stones  and  other  objects  being  ejected  from

under the shredder in an uncontrolled manner.

All stickers attached to the machine must be fully legible. In the case any damage, it is the responsibility of
the owner /user/ to replace them.
