2. Hold the mic by hand, or install it on a stand. For stand installation, first fix the mic
clamp onto the 5/8 standard-threaded connector on the stand, then secure the mic
onto the clamp as shown below:
3 . Please turn the volume to the minimum on the audio device (e.g., audio interface,
mixing console) before switching on the phantom power. Then gradually increase the
volume to an appropriate level. This helps to prevent the speakers from being
damaged by high sound pressure. Keep a proper distance between the mic and the
speakers to avoid feedback howling.
4. Please speak towards the top of the mic grille while recording. When mic sensitivity is
at +10dB, recommended distance from mic is 20~30cm; when at 0dB, recommended
distance is around 10cm, as shown below:
Operation Instructions
1. Using the XLR male-to-female cable, connect the mic to an audio device (e.g., audio
interface, mixing console) with built-in 48V phantom power supply, or use an external
48V power supply (not included) if none.
Note: The phantom power supply requirement for this product is DC 48±4V/2.8mA±20%.
