1.  Selection of output bit format (8/10 bit )

AUTO (SYNC=0)                    Automatically changed to Internal SYNC if EXT.SYNC is not input. 
EXT.SYNC (SYNC=1)            EXT.SYNC-only 
Internal SYNC (SYNC=2)      Internal SYNC-only 
        Period of SYNC is determined by the equation below.
