Handling Instructions

Please order repair parts by indicating the Repair Part Item No. as listed above.

As you see from the list, there are some parts for which we are not in a position to accept

your order in the quantity of one.  In this case, please order the required parts as a set part

unit.

Precautions for handling

To make the space between swing arm and bracket as small as possible,

adjust the space by changing the locations of the spacers (No.6).

Place 10mm washers (No.7) so they sandwitch the rear-stand frame at

both sides of the frame.

If the holder S (No.4) holding the bracket (No.5) gets loose, ease the socket

cap screw (No.9) and adjust the angle. And fasten them.

Before using this rear stand, carefully place the stand on safe level

ground for safety’s sake.

Before placing your motorcyle on this rear stand, be sure to set the

width of this stand to meet the swing arm width. Otherwise, the motor

cycle may fall off the rear stand or overturn.

Immediately wipe off the oil, grease and chemicals if these

substances adhere to the caster or bracket. Otherwise, these

substances may cause the materials to deteriorate or cause your

motorcycle to skid.

Prior to placing your motorcycle on this stand, check that no grease is

on the rubber of the bracket or on the lower part of the swing arm

(where the bracket is fixed).

(The adhering oil or grease causes the motorcycle to skid, to fall off

the rear stand or to overturn while you are working.)

This stand is designed and manufactured solely for motorcycle

maintenance. Therefore, do not place this stand under the weight of

more than the body weight such as getting on the motorcyle or kick-

starting with the motorcycle placed on the stand. (Otherwise, the rear

stand may get damaged or motorcycle may fall down.)

The following show the envisioned possibility of

injuries to human bodies and property damage as

a result of disregarding the following cautions.
