1 Upgrade firmware in the existing radio and enable the software feature.
Check that the firmware version of the existing radio matches the control head supplied in
the kit. If not, upgrade the existing radio. For more information, click the Help [?] button
from the programming application’s Download dialog (Tools > Download).
Check that the radio body has the software feature for Multi-Head Support enabled (default
factory configuration). For more information, click the Help button from the programming
application’s Optional Features dialog (Tools > Optional Features).
