Amendment Procedure
This manual is subject to an amendment procedure which allows it to be updated to
include details of any modifications that may be made to the inform MDT. The salient
details of the amendment procedure are as follows:
•
The manual is provided as loose-leafed pages assembled in a ring binder to allow
obsolete pages to be removed and exchanged for current information.
•
All amendments are issued in the form of revision packages. Revision packages
comprise copies of all updated pages and specific instructions for the incorpora-
tion of each amended page into the manual.
•
Each time a revision package is released, all registered copyholders of the manual
are notified. Copies of the revision package can be ordered from Tait Electronics as
required. Revision packages are provided ready-punched for inclusion in your
manual.
•
Each page in this manual is printed with an issue status to allow you to identify
which pages have been updated. Whenever an amended page is issued by Tait
Electronics, the issue status of the page shall be updated also.
•
A list of effective pages is included among the preliminary pages of this manual.
The list shows the issue status of each page. Whenever an amended page is
issued, an updated list of effective pages shall be issued also.
•
It is the responsibility of the copyholder to ensure that all amendments are incor-
porated into the manual.
