1. As shown in the figure below, turn the 1-width adjusting handle to

quickly adjust the distance between the two bar rails (110cm-185cm), and

adjust the rope parts.

2. The low bar adjustment is shown in the figure. First, rotate and loosen

the 3-locking part, pull the 2-gear adjusting part outward at the same time,

then lift and drop the 5-inside adjusting part to achieve the height

adjustment.

3. High bar adjustment is shown in the figure. Firstly, rotate and loosen the

3-locking part, pull the 2-gear adjusting part outward at the same time, then

lift the 4-adjustment part to achieve the height adjustment. After making
