10.1. Connect the Small-top Frame (M1) and the Small-top Frame (M2) through the Small-Top Connecting
Tube (N1) with Bolt (HH), as seen in Fig 21.
Pls note that the hole of the screw nut faces outward.
10.2. Connect the Small-Top Bar (L1) to the Small-Top Center Device (L2) with Bolt (EE), then
insert the other end into the Small-Top Connecting Tube (N1), as seen in Fig. 22.1-Fig 22.2.
10.3 Screw the Hook (L3) onto the Small-Top Center Device (L2), as seen in Fig 23.
