The flashing red LED light indicates the battery with the lowest charge. To remove the battery from
the Cite unit, slide the battery release tab. Each battery is spring loaded and will slide forward for
easier removal once the tab has been released.
Replace with a fully charged battery. Ensure the battery is inserted correctly. The battery contact
points inside each battery slot are located at the opposite end of the battery release tab.
If both red LED lights are flashing, both batteries are low and the Cite system is drawing charge from
both batteries. If either battery is removed from the Cite unit when both red LED lights are flashing,
all operation of the equipment will cease. Connect the Cite unit to an external power source via a
USB cable before changing the unit batteries to avoid loss of unit operation.
