the Packaging Ordinance such as, in particular, the terms for participation in a collection
and recycling system.
11.5 Customer must assert any eventual claims stemming from or in connection with its
legal relations with TAB within six months in writing or risk default.
11.6 Should one or several of the above provisions be or become invalid or impracticable,
then the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. Rather, the invalid
and/or impracticable provision will have to be replaced by such valid or practicable provision
as will realize to the widest possible extent the economic purpose pursued by the former.
