Function outputs of the WD-PWxxx; „function mapping“ and dimming
WD-PWxxx offers 5 functions – usually: interior lighting, rear light front and back, head light back,
unassigned output. You take the allocation of the outputs to the contacts of the plug connectors
please from the tables standing on top (Overview of the function outputs of the WD-PWxxx / Page
15).
For a wagon equipped with a WD-PWxxx wagon-decoder, the following „function mapping“-table
applies:

How on page 27 explains the power or brightness of every function output can be regulated in 28
layers (see CV49
following).
This is especially important for the intensity of the yellow and white LED-bars. By fine-tuning the
colour intensity, all colours between bright yellow and bright white can be achieved!
