An alarm can only be set from the standby screen, so it is first

necessary to turn the system off.

By clicking on the bell icon you will enter the alarm
screen

The alarm screen permits you to set an alarm time and to select

the source you want to be awakened by. The screen excludes

sources deemed to be unsuitable for this function such as DVD

players and non-IR inputs.

The set-up sequence is:
