Align Extension Bar to Cranial Rib Support

Use the Holding Forceps for Extension Bar and Holding For-
ceps for Rib Support to slide the cranial end of the Extension
Bar over the Cranial Rib Support.

Alternatively the Iron for Extension Bar and the Iron for Rib
Support can be used to align the two implants. The
Positioner for Rib Support can also facilitate alignment.
