Stratum 2E and 3E Clock Module Default Settings

The Stratum 2E and 3E Clock module are software configurable via one of the serial
or Ethernet ports.

user added; that is, not in the INITUSERTABLE state). If it is in the
INITUSERTABLE state, no timeout is applied.
No Timeout is assigned for the TL1 Mode.
