Keep Alive Support

SNMP supports a "keep alive" mode based on a user-settable time. An event is
generated to alert the upstream support system that the SSU-2000 and associated
paths are functional. This mode is only supported in TL1 and SNMP sessions, not in
ICS, Telnet, or Hyperterminal sessions. The factory default mode is set to
