SYNC input allows the DS1 and Frame Alignment outputs to be synchronized to an external
reference of 8kHz or sub-multiple of 8kHz.

Alarm relay closure is a summary alarm closure.

Adding a jumper from E3 to E4 on the 55155-2 assembly allows the transformer center tap to be
grounded.

All of these optional outputs are frequency locked to an internal 10MHz reference.

The DS1 signal is switch selectable to provide various features. (See Table One below).
