Chapter 2

Installation

This chapter provides information for mounting and installing the SE-923-I000A scan
engine. Physical and electrical considerations are presented, together with recommended
window properties.

Mounting

There are two mounting holes (M1.6), and two locator holes on the bottom of the chassis
(see Figure 2-1). Figure 2-2 illustrates the mechanical outline for the SE-923 decoder board.
The SE-923-I000A may be mounted in any orientation without any degradation in
performance.
