3.8 Pause
You can pause the Appliance during cleaning by pressing the START/PAUSE button on the robot or on the remote
control . Direct the Appliance to move forward, backward, left and right using the remote control when paused. Switch
to a different cleaning mode using the cleaning mode buttons (N or Z) or start intensive local cleaning .
3.9 Stop
When the Appliance completes its cleaning cycle, it returns to the place from where it started and starts to beep.
1. Grasp handle of the Appliance and press and hold the START/PAUSE button for approximately 5 seconds . T he fan
will stop and the Appliance can be removed from the window .
2. Move the power switch to the off position (O) .
3. Remove the safety pod .
4. Unplug the Appliance from electricity.
4. Maintenance
Before performing cleaning and maintenance on the Appliance, power it off and unplug from electricity.
4.1 Cleaning Pad s Maintenance
Turn the Appliance over and remove both cleaning pads. Soak them in warm, clean water for about 2 minutes. Hand
wash with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Allow it to dry completely before re - attaching it to the Appliance .
Do NOT use wet cleaning pads or it may slip on the window. Washing the cleaning pads regularly can extend its service
life. If the cleaning pads become worn or no longer fit properly within the V elcro area, replace them with new ones
to achieve best cleaning performance .
4.2 Unit Bottom Maintenance
Turn the Appliance over and wipe any debris from the fan, side rollers, edge detection sensors and squeegee, with dry
cloth (all parts are described in section 2.3 Product diagram.
4.3 Driving Treads Maintenance
Turn the Appliance over and move the power switch to on position (– ). The fan motor will start, but shut down about
6 seconds later. Then press the "Treads Cleaning Button" on remote control (button n. 3). The treads will start to move
after pressing the START/PAUSE button on the remote control. R epeatedly start and stop the driving treads and wipe
off the dirt by dry cloth . When finished, switch the power off (position O) .
