Mounting with Pole Mount (NAED 61876):
1. Remove the adjustment bolt located on the pole mount bracket, run the wires through the bracket half that attaches to the fixture.
2. Install and secure the bracket half to the fixture with the screws provided. (Figure 5).
3. Remove the screws on other’s half bracket’s side and set aside. Remove the cover plate and set aside. (Figure 5).
4. Secure to pole:
• For square pole
a. Secure other half of pole mount bracket to square pole with bolts.
b. Remove the screws on other half’s bracket’s side and set aside. Open the side plate of the pole
mount accessory, pull the supply wire into the bracket’s junction box.
c. Join the two bracket parts and re-install the adjustment bolt securing both pieces of the bracket
together, thus attaching the fixture to the pole.
d. Make all wiring connections via the supplied wire leads in accordance with NEC and local codes
and pull the wires completely into bracket’s junction box and making appropriate electrical
connections.
e. Re-install the bracket’s side cover plate and secure with the previously removed screws (Figure 8).
• For round pole
a. Remove silicon plate from the pole mounting bracket (Figure 9).
b. Secure other half of pole mount bracket to square pole with bolts.
c. Remove the screws on other’s half bracket’s side and set aside. Open the side plate of the pole
mount accessory, pull the supply wire into the bracket’s junction box.
d. Join the two bracket parts and re-install the adjustment bolt securing both pieces of the bracket
together, thus attaching the fixture to the pole.
e. Make all wiring connections via the supplied wire leads in accordance with NEC and local codes
and pull the wires completely into bracket’s junction box and making appropriate electrical
connections. (Figure 7).
f. Re-install the bracket’s side cover plate and secure with the previously removed screws.
5. The pole mounting bracket allows the luminaire to be adjusted up to 35° above horizontal (Figure 7). Loosen the adjustment
bolt and adjust tilt as needed and tighten adjustment bolt to lock in place.
