Setting Up
1. Select the location where the Flex Strip will be mounted. Assure that all mounting areas are free
from debris and dust.
2. Measure area you would like to place the Flex Strip. Each Flex Strip is 2ft. If the Strips ends up being
too long, you can shorten the end by cutting, at one of the points indicated by a scissors icon.
NOTE
: Once cut, the section of Flex Strip can no longer be connected to other
Flex Strip or Universal Connector.
NOTE
: can only connect a maximum of 10 strips for a length of 20 feet.

Use the Connector if you are wrapping the light strip around any sharp corner. By using this connector
it prevents crimping or permanent damage in the light strip.

Remove the paper covering on the back of the Flex Strip. Be sure to carefully place each strip in place
as the adhesive is permanent and cannot be moved.

Press Flex Strip firmly in place and hold for 5 seconds so that the tape adheres to the mounting surface.
Be sure to make sure each of the Flex Strips is tightly connected to each other before continuing to
mount the next strip.
6.
Connect Controller to Flex Strip making sure the +RGB on the end matches the connecting strip.
7.
Connect AC/DC Adapter to Controller.
8.
Plug in AC/DC Adapter.
9.
On the remote, press the ON button aiming directly at the eye at the end of the cord. For the lights to
change or move, remote must be aimed at the eye - a black tip at the end of the cord on the controller.
