Legal notice
• Fasten the camera on the black mounting plate
with suitable installation material.
• Mount the mounting plate with the camera in
the inside of the weather protection housing
(see
fi
gure C).
Connection
Make sure that the power supply of the heater (230 V/AC 50 Hz) is
turned off before you open the housing.
There are naked parts in the inside of the housing. Danger of electric
shock (danger to life).
The power supply of the integrated heater must only be connected by a
specialist with appropriate electrotechnical training.
Make sure that the connection cable is not pinched or damaged by sharp
edges.
Where the weather protection housing is used connected to other devices,
e.g. a camera, the operating instructions and safety notices of the devices con-
nected must be followed.
The connection cables of the power supply of the integrated heater as well as
the camera (video signal, audio signal and power supply, etc) can be guided
to the outside through the cable screw connection at the weather protection
housing. Make sure that the cable screw connections are correctly closed af-
ter connection to allow for use in outdoor areas.
Make sure also that the device is correctly closed (clip latch) after con-
nection. Use in outdoor areas can only be ensured if the housing is cor-
rectly closed.

Maintenance and cleaning
The product does not contain any parts that require maintenance.
Before cleaning the housing, make sure that the power supply is turned off.
To clean the outside of the weather protection housing with integrated heater, a dry,
soft, clean cloth is suf
fi
cient.
Clean the glass front very carefully, otherwise it can be scratched. Do not use any ag-
gressive cleaning agents. Do not exert too much pressure on the glass front. This may
break the glass.
Disposal
Electrical and electronic products do not belong in the household
waste!
Please dispose of the device, when it is no longer of use, according to
the current statutory requirements.
