Troubleshooting Solution
No power assist when driving
the scooter Not switched on 1. Check if the battery is connected correctly.
2. Check if the battery needs to be charged
Range too low 1. The battery is not fully charged
2. The tires have too little air.
3. Frequent brakes / starts /
Overload trips
4. The battery is too old or has reached the maxi-
mum charge cycles.
