Calls List (CLIP)
The call number display, which appears when a call is received, enables you recognise who is cal-
ling before actually taking the call. A condition for this is that the function is available on your tele-
phone line.
If the message
KEINE NUMMER
appears in the display, the call number was only partially or incor-
rectly received.
If the message
NICHT VERFÜGBAR
appears in the display, call number information is not availa-
ble. This could signify an international call.
If the message
PRIVAT
appears in the display, the caller has suppressed the transmission of his
phone number or the number could not be transmitted.
During your absence, up to 99 calls can be stored in the calls list together with date and time. When
the calls list is full, the oldest entry is automatically deleted.
If new calls are registered during your absence, the display indicates the number of newly stored
phone numbers (e.g.
NEU 02
) and the LED flashes. In addition, the total number of phone numbers
in the calls list is also displayed (e.g.
ANRUFE 06
). The display does not indicate the number of re-
corded messages.
The caller number display function is an optional service offered by telephone network provi-
ders. If this service is not offered, the incoming calls are not displayed. Please contact your
telephone network provider for more details.
