Attaching the belt clip
Press the belt clip on the rear
side of the handset at the top
until it audibly snaps into place
on the sides.
Charging the batteries
Before the handset is used for the first time, insert it in the
base station / charging station for
at least
14 hours.
When the handset is properly inserted in the base station / charging
station, the charge control lamp lights up. The handset warms up
during the charging process. This is normal and does not represent
a risk. Do not charge the handset with charging units from other
manufacturers. The current
battery charge status
is indicated in
the display:
Full
Half empty
Low
Empty
Setting the weekday and time on the answering machine
The information on Page 136 explains how to set the weekday and
time on the answering machine.
Private branch exchanges
If you want to connect the telephone to a private branch exchange,
