Through cordless handset:
1. Press
on the handset in idle mode.
2. Press or to select Direct Mem. , then press .
3. Press or to select A , B , C , D , then press .
4. View appears, then press or to select Voice Tag , press .
5. Playback apppears, then press .
6. Playing… will appear. The recorded voice will be playback.
5.5.4. Delete Voice tag
Through telephone base:
1. Repeat the step 1 to 4 in Section 5.5.3.

Playback appears, then press or to select Delete , press Ok .
Through cordless handset:
1. Repeat the step 1 to 4 in Section 5.5.3.

Playback appears, then press or to select Delete , press .
3. Empty will display. You hear confirmation tones.
5.5.5. View record of Photo memory
Through telephone base:
1. Press Menu in idle mode.
2. Press or to select Direct Mem. , then press Ok .
3. Press or to select A , B , C , D , then press Ok .
4. View appears, then press Ok .
5. Record (number) will show.
Press Back to return previous menu.
Through cordless handset:
1. Press
on the handset in idle mode.
2. Press or to select Direct Mem. , then press .
3. Press or to select A , B , C , D , then press .
4. View appears, then press .
5. Record (name and number) will show.
Press to return previous menu or long press to return to standby mode.
5.5.6. Edit record of Photo memory
Through telephone base:
1. Press Menu in idle mode.
2. Press or to select Direct Mem. , then press Ok .
3. Press or to select A , B , C , D , then press Ok .
4. View appears, then press or to select Edit , then press Ok .
5. Edit number, then press Ok .
6. Edit name, then press Ok .
Press Back to return previous menu.
Note: during entering number or name, you can correct a number or a letter by pressing C , then last number
or letter will be removed.
