You can store up to 150 names and numbers in the phonebook on each handset. Every
entry contains a name and telephone number. Names can be up to 16 letters long and
numbers up to 24 digits long.
Phonebook entries
Adding a new entry
If the telephone is in idle mode:
1. Press
†
. All entries are displayed in alphabetical order.
2. Select
New Entry
and enter the name, number, call group (family, business, friends)
and save the entry.
Note If the phonebook is empty, a message to this effect is displayed.
Tips for entering names/numbers
• Press to insert a space, or or to enter a symbol.
• The available special characters appear in the lower display line. Press the relevant key
repeatedly to scroll through the characters.
• When entering names, you can press to switch between upper and lower case
lettering.
• To delete the entire entry, press and hold Clear .
