- corrosion damage (e.g. from liquids getting inside the device)
- unauthorised intervention (e.g. improper attempts at
soldering, mechanically incorrect mounting, broken seal)
- mechanical damages (e.g. warped plastic, broken solder
connections)
- damages indicative of improper use (e.g. foreign objects
inside, chemical deposits)
- damages from lightning or excessive voltage
A change to the burden of proof to the disadvantage of the client
is not associated with the provisions stated above.
The operating instructions and any software accompanying the
device are excluded from the warranty.
This warranty applies only to new products purchased in
Germany. The warrantor is IVS GmbH, Im Frauental 14, 92224
Amberg. Please note that goods which are not returned
through your dealer will be sent to you postage due,
since warranty processing is handled exclusively
through your dealer/selling agent. Claims that exceed or
deviate from those stated in the manufacturer’s warranty are
excluded. IVS GmbH is not liable for interruptions of service,
lost profits and loss of data, software uploaded by the customer
or other information. The security of these is the customer’s
responsibility. This liability exclusion does not apply to the extent
that liability is mandated, e.g. under the Product Liability Act, in
cases of malicious intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or
