6 Description of menu functions
On the main menu screen (see chapter 5), a menu and an appropriate
function are selected with the upper and lower keys. The chosen icons
are displayed inverse.
Pressing the middle key (2) activates the selected function and it’s
icon is displayed on the left side, next to the middle key.
6.1 Message menu
6.1.1 General
If a function is chosen, the display shows the following main informa-
tion.
The lowest line starts on the left with the icon
M
for (single) message
folder. As long as this icon is inverted, either message folders, single
messages or the icon
S
can be selected. The sign
S
stands for safe
folder. The first line shows the name of the message folder selected
and the cursor on the bottom line is positioned on the message folder
“Fire alarm”. All messages not belonging to a message folder are
stored in the single message folder.
