Notice
We undertake that if within 24 months from the date of purchase of this
appliance, we will at our option repair or replace the same FREE OF
CHARGE for labour, materials and handling on condition that:
1. The appliance has been correctly installed as per this manual and
used only on the electricity supply stated on the rating label.
2. The appliance has not been used for any other use than domestic
purpose only and in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
3. The appliance has not been serviced, maintained, repaired, taken
apart or tampered with by any person not authorised by Swiss Appliances.
4. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory and other legal rights.
1. Damage resulting from transportation, improper use or neglect,
cracked or broken moulded plastic, metal or glass components.
2. Appliances found to be in use within a commercial or semi-com
mercial environment(eg, guest-house, hotel, Motel, hostel etc)
which is outside the bounds of a domestic dwelling.
3. Any consequential damages, claims or costs which may have
occurred through the use or improper use of this product.
VERY IMPORTANT:
If any technical, mechanical or general customer assistance or
complaints cannot be resolved via telephone or email, and a qualified
service agent or technician is required to make a house-call, and it is
found that the error, fault or defect is a direct or indirect result of or
related to incorrect procedures followed (as stated in this manual),
incorrect upkeep or general appliance maintenance or abuse, the cost
of the labour and parts will be for the account of the customer.
